Digital RSVP, a brand of Saw and Company (Chandan Kumar Saw), provides event management, digital invitations and event updates for weddings and events, including sending messages through WhatsApp to guests nominated by our clients.

2. Client responsibilities

• You must provide accurate event details and guest lists.
• You must have the right to share each guest’s contact details with us for event communication.
• You must not use our services to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

3. Messaging rules

We follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies. We send only event-related messages and will stop messaging any person who asks us to.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed with each client before work begins. Third-party messaging charges, where applicable, are included in the agreed quote unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

The content, logo and design of this website belong to Digital RSVP. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to deliver messages on time, but delivery depends on third-party networks and platforms, including WhatsApp. We are not liable for delays, failed delivery or losses caused by factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end services if these terms are broken. Clients may stop using our services at any time by informing us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the updated version on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
