  • Guest contact details: names and phone numbers that our clients (event hosts and companies) give us so that we can invite guests to their events.
  • Message information: replies you send to us on WhatsApp, such as attendance confirmations and questions, and delivery details of the messages we send.
  • Enquiry information: details you share when you call or message us about our services.

2. How we use information

  • To send invitations, reminders and updates about events you are invited to.
  • To record and respond to guest replies and questions.
  • To respond to business enquiries and provide our services to clients.
  • To meet legal obligations and keep our service secure.

3. WhatsApp

We send messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We send messages only about events that relate to you and follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the client who organised your event, with service providers who help us send messages (such as Meta/WhatsApp), and where the law requires it.

5. Retention and security

We keep guest information only as long as needed for the event and related business or legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your choices

  • You can ask us to stop messaging you by replying “STOP” or by contacting us.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information for our own purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
